Court

My husband has to go to court tomorrow and I will be right there with him. Up until the last part of March, my husband has never seen the inside of a jail cell. just about everyday, i ask him some kind of question as to how it felt or what did it look like inside. It annoys but he knows I mean no harm. I just hope that the judge will throw his case out of court because this is his first time being arrested. he told me that they didn't even read him his rights. If you are being arrested don't you have to be made aware of your rights?
